Rurimeria is not just a mountain; it’s a challenge with sweat-soaked climbs, beautiful scenery, rocky terrain, and a sense of accomplishment at the summit. The 7.5km trail might seem manageable, but the 1190m elevation reminds us of the mountain’s might.

Rurimeria hike isn’t one-dimensional; it unveils itself in layers, taking you through three false summits before the summit. At 3860m asl, the summit is steep with loose rocks that need focus and grit.
