Mount Satima to Seven Ponds traverse hike is an epic
adventure reserved for experienced, fast, and determined
hikers. It is extremely challenging with a combination of
iconic trails, offering dramatic scenery, diverse terrain,
and an actual test of physical and mental limits.
The trail starts at Twins Rock and goes
through Dragon’s teeth to Mt Satima summit for 8kms. Next
comes a 10km trek of steep ascent and descent, bogs, lush
moorland, and rocky terrain to Seven Ponds summit. We
finish with a 5.5km steep descent to the Seven Ponds
starting point. .
